Gastric Surgery Alternatives Through Hypnosis
Back in December 2011, I personally underwent Gastric Surgery, and have been extremely successful in my weight loss, but like most people who have such surgeries, I have experienced occasional periods of plateau (periods of no weight loss), so that is what brought me to the realization that even surgery was not enough, I needed some more help, so I began researching and putting in to practice various hypnotic techniques and in doing so began to practice Hypnotic Gastric Banding hypnosis, with my clients. I was amazed by the results, and you will be too.
How Does Hypnotic Gastric Banding Work?
Although we offer a few different options working with clients that desire to lose weight, our Hypnotic Gastric Banding is designed with clients that desire to loose significant amounts of weight in mind. Similar to the surgical procedure of Lap Band® Surgery the client is fitted with an Hypnotic Gastric Band without the need for surgery. The treatment is a five stage process that can be done over the course of a single week, or over a period of time conducive with the needs of the client.
What is the Success Rate Using Hypnotic Gastric Banding?
Successes using these types of treatment have been well documented in the news recently with a reported success rate of nearly 80%, which is actually higher than the 70% success rate for patients who undergo the surgical alternative.
Is This Process Personalized?
Yes, all of my Hypnotic Gastric Banding treatments are done one-on-one in my office. Each session starts out with a discussion of what your goals are, and what exactly is going to happen during that particular session. The first session starts out with a weigh in so that together we can closely monitor your personal successes. The first session is expected to last anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, but we will take all the time that you need so as to fully answer any questions that you may have. After all each person has different reasons for their current eating habits, and in order to better help you to achieve your goal of permanent weight loss we first must understand what has caused you to get to the point that you are at now.
What is the Cost Associated with Hypnotic Gastric Banding?
The charge for the first session is $300.00 which includes the $100.00 program fee that each client must pay. This program fee covers all the administrative expenses involved in the program, and the cost of the session recordings on either CD or we can email them to you in an MP3 format so that you can load them on to you I-Phone, I-Pad, Tablet, or other MP3 type player so that you can use them for reinforcement until your next visit. The cost per visit for the follow up sessions is $150.00 and these appointments are expected to last between 1 to 2 hours. So to completely answer the question about the complete cost of the program the total cost when all is said and done would be between $900.00 and $1200.00.
Can the Hypnotic Gastric Band be Adjusted?
Absolutely, and I recommend that as you begin to experience significant weight loss that we do a follow up band adjustment session so that together we will work to keep your weight loss at a safe pace for you., and just like it's surgical counterpart, the band can be removed at any time.
Do I Need to Visit My Primary Care Physician Prior to Hypnotic Gastric Banding?
It is always recommended that whenever you are making decisions about your health that your Primary Care Physician be involved in the counseling and helping you to determine your overall objectives, especially when it comes to something as important as making life changes. It has been our experience that most Primary Care Providers are in favor of your decision to loose unnecessary weight, and are in favor of decisions that will achieve that goal? What if I Don't Live In an Area Near Your Office, Are There Alternative Methods of Treatment?

Our purpose is to help you to achieve your desired results, and we will do that by any and all means available to you. The difference between our practice and many other hypnotherapy practices is that during our phone consultations we will also record the session and forward it to you by email in a mp3 or .wav format, so that you can then use it for the follow-up in home sessions on your own. The follow up is even more important than the original session for we know that it takes a full 21 days of follow-up for a new behavior to become engrained and to truly take effect, although some changes are immediate.
