Moral Outrage or a Dementia Moment?

Editorial Staff Writer - March 29, 2022

Both the White House and the Biden Administration in the press conference held on Monday to discuss the new Biden budget I am sure had anticipated some questions regarding Biden's overseas gaffes. The first gaffe was during his meetings with NATO leaders was when he claimed that N.A.T.O would respond in kind if Russia employed chemical weapons in Ukraine. That wasn't bad enough. His second gaffe occurred on Friday while sharing a pizza pie meal with U.S. troops in Poland when he told the troops that they would see the courage of Ukrainians 'when you're there' - prompting a White House official to make clear to reporters that he was not suggesting Americans were about to be deployed to the war-torn country. It is clearly understood that either N.A.T.O. or US involvement within Ukraine would be the WRONG MOVE as that would surely escalate the conflict drawing the entire world into what would surely be World War III.

The third and by far his worst gaffe of all was during his speech on Saturday in Warsaw when Biden "leader of the Free World" stated, "For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power" referring to Russian President Vladamir Putin. This is the comment which has caused the most commotion and put his handlers in panic mode as they prepared to real back from his off-the-cuff comments while in Europe and Poland speaking about the Ukrainian conflict.

Biden now is claiming that he was not declaring policy but simply expressing his 'outrage' about the conflict and the devastation caused by the Russian invasion. In a desperate attempt to take back his unfortunate remarks even went as far as to claim they never happened.

The White House is in full damage control as they often find themselves these days in attempts to cover up for the POTUS. Biden used a cheat sheet at his budget news conference on Monday to answer potential questions from what I would venture a guess to be his "friends" in the press core in an attempt to control the narrative regarding his trip overseas where he first met with other NATO leaders to discuss strategy regarding Putin's Ukrainian aggression and then onto to Poland to view the refugee crisis there.

His comments alarmed allies and partners alike on Saturday with his comment at the end of his speech in Warsaw: 'For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power.' Which put the people back home in immediate damage control mode as they quickly attempted to walk back the comments, saying the president meant Putin could not continue to wield power over neighbors.

Well, once again Bumbling Joe has suffered from yet another incident of his dementia-induced onset of "open mouth insert foot disease".

During the Monday news conference, Biden rejected the idea that his words could have escalated tensions over Ukraine as he backtracked stating 'Nobody believes... I was talking about taking down Putin,' he said, adding: 'The last thing I want to do is engage in a land war or a nuclear war with Russia." The latter part of the comment being the most sane thing out of this guys mouth for sure. That is where he continued on insisting that he was simply expressing an 'aspiration' rather than a goal of American foreign policy. 'People like this shouldn't be ruling countries. But they do,' he said. 'The fact they do doesn't mean I can't express my outrage about it.' In an administration effort to quell the storm it was explained that the crucial nine words were not part of his scripted speech.
