Biden Encourages Social Media to Censor His Opposition

Biden stoops to a new low. Despite having nearly all of media on his side, Biden, with his recent abismal approval ratings in the low 30’s, is clearly losing on messaging. He said yesterday “I make a special appeal to social media companies and media outlets — please deal with the misinformation and disinformation that’s on your shows. It has to stop” (Twitter).

I for one and so sick and tired of the democratic claims of misinformation and disinformation that have littered the airwaves for the past 5 or 6 years, and this President is now shamelessly recruiting his friends both in the news media and the social media platforms to censor those whose viewpoints don't line up with his own.

From Abigail Shrier: He’s imploring social media companies to censor Americans. That’s state action in violation of the First Amendment. SCOTUS held in 1973 that the government “may not induce, encourage or promote private persons to accomplish what it is constitutionally forbidden to accomplish” (Twitter).

Meanwhile, from Peggy Noonan on Biden’s Tuesday speech in Georgia: The speech itself was aggressive, intemperate, not only offensive but meant to offend. It seems like either the President himself or his handlers have the notion that there is only the Democratic Party in America, that’s it, everyone else is an outsider who can be disparaged (WSJ).

Well, Mr. President with your approval ratngs in the toilet it seems that more and more people are seeing you for what you truly are.
